Important Interfaces

1 × RJ45 Ethernet
2 × USB-A
1 × Micro HDMI
1 × Micro USB
2 × PiBridge for RevPi Expansion Modules

The Ethernet port ensures data exchange with IT systems and Ethernet-based fieldbuses.

Transfer sensor data from I/O modules and fieldbus gateways to your IT systems or connect Ethernet-based peripherals such as scanners, printers, and RFID readers.

Two USB-A 2.0 ports for hard drives, ZigBee sticks, Bluetooth antennas, cameras, data loggers, and printers.

Connect mouse and keyboard for industrial PC applications using USB-A and HDMI ports.

Higher performance required? The RevPi Connect 5 offers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports with 5 Gbps.

Connect monitors and touch screens via the Micro HDMI port. The application possibilities are versatile:

  • Industrial PC with mouse and keyboard
  • Integrated HMI in control cabinets or systems and machines
  • Core component of kiosk systems and self-service terminals
  • Control of large displays in production halls, vehicle guidance systems, and airports

The Micro USB port is used for manually flashing the device with new operating system images. This is useful for systems that cannot or should not receive over-the-air updates remotely.

Revolution Pi is flexibly expandable with inputs and outputs as well as fieldbus gateways.

Via the two PiBridge interfaces located on top, you can expand the devices with up to ten I/O modules.

The innovative plug-and-play system enables simple connection of all modules with the PiBridge plug connector.

The high-performance data bus on the PiBridge ensures industrial real-time communication with all modules.
