Raspberry Pi OS Buster (BETA)

Our image is based on Raspberry Pi OS 2022-01-28, which is based on Buster. Therefore, some basic features of the OS are identical (e.g. Suite of APT Repository, System identification in the file /etc/issue). More details about Raspberry Pi OS updates are available at https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspios_oldstable_armhf/release_notes.txt .

Based on the Raspberry Pi OS, we did customizations, which include among others: removing unnecessary packages, upgrading the packages with APT Repositories, installing customized packages from KUNBUS. More details are available at https://github.com/RevolutionPi/imagebakery .

The image includes all package updates released until March 2022 and comes with kernel 5.10.103-rt62.

Third-party Software

logi-rts

logi-rts is available in version 5.0.0-4. The non-interactive installation of the package is fixed with this version and is working properly now.

PiCtory

PiCtory is available in version 2.0.5. The used Javascript libraries have been updated. Devices with the Compute Module 4S are also supported now.

revpi-webstatus

revpi-webstatus is available in version 2.0.4-1. The used Javascript libraries have been updated.

revpi bluetooth

revpi-bluetooth is available in version 1.0.3-1. Devices with the Compute Module 4S are also supported now.

piserial

piserial is available in version 2.0.2-2. Internally, it has been switched from net-tools to iproute2.

nodejs

raspberrypi kernel
