Dear Revolution Pi Community.
As far as support is concerned, our international success had very negative effects. We couldn't keep up and our support response times were unpleasantly long. We would like to apologize for that, but also thank you: the support you give to each other and to us here in the forum is unique.
We now also have good news: Although Johannes has left our support team (we miss him a lot!), we will soon get two new support colleagues, who will of course introduce themselves here in the forum. And here it comes: Until the new supporters are trained, an interim support team has taken over:
Julian Magnano from the sales department will take over the first level support. The second level is taken over by Salma Benamor (who does our turorials and showcases) together with Boris Crismancich from Business Development. Dirk finally has his hands free and can concentrate on the tricky support cases. And that Nico can't keep his hands off the forum, even if he would be forbidden to do so, you've noticed anyway.
The support is back.
