Cockpit not showing admin panel

in the documentation it says:

❯ Cockpit opens in Limited access mode.

▷ Select Limited access in the top main navigation bar to switch to Administrative access mode.

❯❯ With the elevated rights of this administrative access you can now configure the RevPi.

but on my devices cockpit page it does not show this option anywhere.

any suggestions what is going wrong?

were you able to use the Revolution Pi plugin in the Tools section?
If yes, then you already have full access.
