Hi,
I have a RevPi Connect 5 with MIO module which I've configured and programmed for a particular application. As part of the process, I exported the PiCtory configuration and saved it on my computer. I've gotten another RevPi Connect 5 with MIO module, to create a second instance of the device, but when I tried to upload the PiCtory configuration using RevPi Commander, I got an error that said something like 'Unable to load RAC catalog'... Any ideas as to what that means? The two RevPi Connect 5 modules have serial numbers that are fewer than 10 apart, so I don't think it's a matter of different OS versions, but I don't have the original device on hand any more, as it's gone to production, so I can't check easily. I appreciate any ideas or advice. Thanks!

Re: RevPi Connect 5 PiCtory configuration upload problem
Hi @ptthomps,
I assume the error you're referring to is: "Could not load RAP catalog on Revolution Pi."
This typically occurs when RevPi Commander is unable to locate the rap folder. One common cause is that PiCtory is not installed on the system.
Could you please check if PiCtory is present and properly installed?
