Using the RevolutionPi OS lite image on a RPi 4B

I know this is going to sound a little crazy, but we are doing prototyping and don't have a spare RevPi Connect sitting around. Is there a way to run the standard -lite version of the OS on a regular RPi with the understanding that a bunch of the devices etc. just are not going to be available?

Okay! I did try just booting the image. It says the firmware is not available. I assume that I would want to add the correct firmware to the /boot partition or something...
