Re: DIO Module not starting

Hi mknopf, thank you for your helpful feedback. Yes there has been a typo in the link that you have perfectly seen should go to the Revolution Pi Checklist - I have corrected it. I am surprised that you had to reinstall the "revpi-firmware" package. Ok, but I'm glad to hear that you were a...

Let's see how we can solve the next things. 1) I like the idea from this blog - You can use a splash screen video instead of a static image: How To Customize the Raspberry Pi Splash Screen 2) Performance issues are always tricky - with cars it is...

Re: RevPi Login

Hi grahamw75a, you mean login via WebStatus? Please delete your browser cache and try it again. There is a redirect on port 41443 so maybe this just doesn't work after update because of the outdated cache. After the "sudo apt upgrade" I usually perform a "sudo reboot" so that the...

Re: PWM control not 5VDC on DIO Module

Hi, I have probably set the duty cycle on the oscilloscope incorrectly to one tenth. That's why it doesn't show 24 volts but a little over 2 volts. Well, a years old bug that nobody has discovered until today... :-)

Re: Pibridge cycle time configuration

Yes it is hard to predict that because it all depends on your requirements so if they tend to be well hard to reach maybe you can use an alternative setup. Take a look at this helpful article that can bring some inspiration: How to use the KUNBUS Gateway modules You can i.e. use a Soft-PLC like CODE...

Re: PHP in RevPi

Hi AlbTur, well there is no such thing like on mobile phones where you just install an application. Here you have to work with a bit of Linux knowledge. You can use guides online and if it works on Raspberry Pi well it will be sure working also on Revolution Pi.
