Hello,

we are facing a similar issue, I wrote to support but I will post also here:

We successfully connected the module to the RevPi connect (all led green), tried to connect the input_1 and input_2 to a pressure transducer, following the instruction from the datasheet, we were not able to read any signal from the sensor, even though the sensor was working (output current: 5mA).

However, at the next start up the module was no more working.

I attach the error we get when using the command piTest -d and a photo of the status led.

When resetting the hardware (piTest -x), the module is not resetting, suggesting an issue over the internal bus.

At startup the power led is fix green, without blinking like the other working modules (DIO and MIO).

Do you have any suggestions on the possible solution?

Thank you,
Alberto

Hi

If the Power LED of the AIO is permant green during power up, this indicates that there is a problem with the firmware. Did you try a firmware update in the past what maybe haven't finished?

The firmware of the RevPi connect 4 or the firmware of the module?

I update the firmware of the RevPi Connect to bookworm, yet it was months ago; during this period, the AIO module was working.

If you mean the firmware update from piTest (piTest -f), the displayed message was Virtual modules don't have firmware to update; from my understanding, with this status message, I expected no firmware updated.

Anyway, I tried updating the firmware after we experienced the issue with the AIO module.

I can share with you the diagnostic report, if you think it might help understanding the issue.
Eventually, let me know how can I share the file.

Thanks,
Alberto
