PROCON WEB IOT Designer license not getting recognize by software

Hello,

This is for PROCON WEB IOT Designer
We recently bought 500 tags designer license. After purchase I have sent the Computer Container File at support@kunbus.de; and we received license file from your team.
We copied that file into root directory of PROCON folder and launch Designer. Designer still launch in Demo Mode and it won't recognize the file there. Would you please let us know what part we did wrong?

Hello,

if you get a designer license from Kunbus., this license must be copied tot he following folder C:\PROCON-WEB\Designer.
Then the designer should find the license.
It is not possible to work with RDP-connection tot he pc where the designer is installed.
Maybe this is a other reason.
