Re: RevPi Core3+ and MIO

Hi Niels,

thanks for the information about your setup. Could you please also share the pictory configuration (/var/www/revpi/pictory/projects/_config.rsc), so I try to reproduce the error?

Re: I/O file location

Hi volz,

the kernel drivers uses the link /etc/revpi/config.rsc which points to the pictory _config.rsc. Either this link is a file or you haven't reloaded the kernel driver yet.

The default credentials for pictory are user admin and the password printed on the sticker.

Re: DO Module Output Issues

Hi f_und_e,

do you have a RMA number from conrad? If yes you can send me the number via PN or e-mail (support@kunbus.com, subject=title of this thread) and we will have a look at this when the module arrives.

Re: Cannot find my module in PiCtory

Hi teg,

Please remove the PiBridge connector between DIO and AIO as this might causes trouble with the module detection logic.

Re: RevPi Connect Isolation

Hi jrileycaban,

the GND and GND_P is isolated in order to protect the device in case of faulty wiring (reverse polarity, vagrant currents, ...). If you can make sure that the device is wired according to our specifications there shouldn't be any issue with connecting the two GND's.

Re: RevPi Core3+ and MIO

Hi Niels,

could you please share your kernel log file (/var/log/kern.log) and a picture of your setup, where we can see the wiring?

Re: DO Module Output Issues

Hi f_und_e,

I'm sorry to hear that you have trouble with your setup.

No, this is not a common problem with the DO modules. I have used similar relais from Phoenix in other projects without any problems. Could you please share a picture of your setup where we ideally can see the wiring?

Where did ...

Re: RS485 MODBUS RTU -Unstable communications

Hi LEOMENA,

could you please share the modbus and the kernel log files after the communication crashed? In order to check if this is a problem with your threading or the modbus daemon you can check the values with piTest. If the values can be retrieved with piTest after the crash the problem must ...

Re: Cannot find my module in PiCtory

Hi teg,

Thanks for the pictures of your setup. Looks like the aio is missing the power connection. Please remove the PiBridge between the duo and io or wire the aio according to our documentation.
