Otherwise: Could you exactly draw of how you connected the relay. Are all voltages and corresponding masses used correctly?

Hi,
have you already made a measurement on the output you want to use? Check the Power Supply you use for your Device. Maybe it could be overloaded. As you can see in the datasheet of the device, the output voltage is 24VDC for MIO.

I suspect, simultaneous reading the RevPiLED and then writing cannot be be done in current codesys library ...

Etcher: Try an update (CM4/CM4S need newer versions of Etcher and/or rpiboot)

Win32DiskImager: Error 5: Access is Denied". → User has no permissions to write to the device, please start the program as administrator.

But both is no problem from RevPi Core S.
