First try:
sudo systemctl enable vncserver-x11-serviced.service
sudo systemctl start vncserver-x11-serviced.service

if this doesn't work its not installed:

sudo apt install realvnc-vnc-server

Also execute the first commands again.

I used sudo revpi-factory-reset and sudo reboot commands.
And try to activate the VNC server again.
But it has the same problem as the YouTube video i posted earlier.
