You can find the serial number on the front of your device.

Ich kann Ulrich da nur zustimmen. 24V Steckernetzteil kaufen, auf genügend Leistung achten. Stecker abschneiden, anklemmen und los gehts. Jahrelange gute Erfahrung. It might be the case, that the services are not running. The nodes communicate with a service on the RevPi.
You could either use sudo systemctl status noderedrevpinodes-server to check or just do a reboot.
Please also make sure you use our Buster Image.
