Chromium freezes the taskbar (lxpanel)

Hi,

I discovered the following problem: if I install chromium-browser (together with chromium browser pi mods), when I start the browser the lxpanel taskbar freezes forever. You must restart lxpanel with the command pkill -HUP lxpanel.
This is annoying because chromium is the only browser capable of running the Node-RED web UI on the RevPi.

Can anybody confirm this behaviour of chromium/lxpanel?

Have never experienced that. Also: Who has spread this information with Node-Red UI? We are using all kinds of browsers with Node-Red UI without trouble!
