Hi everyone,
We are attempting to connect two EtherCAT devices to a RevPi Connect 5 using both Ethernet ports (eth0 and eth1).
Communication works correctly when an EtherCAT device is connected to eth0. However, the same device does not communicate when connected to eth1, even though each EtherCAT master is properly configured to use its respective interface (eth0 / eth1).
This behavior suggests that EtherCAT may not be supported on eth1.
Could you please confirm whether EtherCAT is supported only on eth0 for the RevPi Connect 5, or if additional configuration is required to use eth1?
Thank you.
EtherCAT on RevPi Connect 5 – eth0 works, eth1 does not

Yes this is a known issue with the linux network driver for the lan7430 interface.
