RevPi Connect 5 auto boot from shutdown

Hi all, I have a RevPi Connect 5 with MIO module hooked up to a Phoenix Contact STEP-UPS/24DC/24DC/3/46WH. If the UPS loses wall power, it sends a signal to the digital inputs on the MIO, and the RevPi will shut down automatically after a short delay. However, if the wall power is restored after the RevPi has shut down, but before the UPS stops supplying power to the RevPi, the RevPi just stays in its shut down state.
Is there any way to trigger the RevPi to boot from this state, either through a digital or analog signal? Currently I just have a button that breaks the DC+ and DC- lines into the RevPi, but that requires our operators to manually actuate it. I'd rather have an automatic solution. For reference, the UPS stops supplying power after 5 minutes. Currently the RevPi is set to shutdown after 4:40. It's a narrow window, but that 20s is going to cause issues eventually, and I'd like to fix it before it becomes a problem. Anyone have any ideas?
Diagram included below. In the diagram, 4 is a two channel circuit breaker, 5 is the power supply, 3 is the UPS, 6 and 7 are momentary switches, with 6 configured as NC, and 7 as NO. When 7 is pressed, it sends 24VDC to MIO digital in 4, and when 6 is pressed it cuts both DC+ and DC- to the MIO and RevPi.
