Hi
i received a REVPI connect + device that for some unknown reasons is not working in many ways:

1) someone deleted the network connection packages so LAN ports do not work and i can't get the IP address
2) micro hdmi port seems having issues too as i connect to a monitor and get a colored square image instead of the os image
3) when i connect via usb to my pc to try using pireimage tool it is not recognized

so it looks the only way is to try a reimage via USB stick, i looked around but I canot find a clear procedure. So:

- Is there a clear procedure to install an image via USB stick?
- is it possible to activate a factory reset via hardware with some jumpe combination?
- any other suggetion?

Please do consider i am a bit neophite with this world

that sounds difficult at first. Although it is possible to boot from USB, it is actually about getting your RevPi Connect+ device up and running again. So we can't avoid getting the RevPi Connect+ device up and running again without a USB stick. Maybe the micro USB connection will work if you follow the right steps. These are:

You need to change the computer's boot order to prioritize the USB drive.
