Error pmlogger_daily.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE

Hi all,

I am working on RevPi Connect 4 - image Bookworm.

I have got the error of pmlogger_daily.service every day:

Code: Select all

pmlogger_daily.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
What are the consequences of this error? How to solve this error?

I tried to start it manually but failed.

The situation:
In Cockpit (web UI): Overview > Metrics and history, I installed PCP by clicking the "Install PCP" button. Then I got this error every day. As I found on the internet, this is the service for aggregating metrics data, then data will be logged and viewed data for a long time. However, I cannot find any fix for this error on the RevPi Bookworm image.
I also update the RevPi 's software every day but the error still pops up.

Hello aladanh2000, thank you for your detailed report. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the problem with a test setup. However, it occurs with the PCP plug-in for Cockpit. Therefore, please contact Upstream with this report as this is outside our responsibility. Thank you
