I've just received a RevPi 4 and I'm trying to get started, but encountered 2 issues:

• There is no signal on HDMI output
  Advanced IP scanner doesn't find the device

Power LED is on, Ethernet LEDs are blinking, but nothing. Any other ideas on how to start it?

Hello martynast, that sounds strange at first. If the device is connected to Ethernet, it should receive an IP address from the DHCP server. Alternatively, you can also establish a connection via "revpi[serial number].local". Give it a try.
If all else fails, you can try to reset the device to factory settings using the steps in the checklist:
