I have a question #1 about this device RevPi Connect 4 (8 GB + Wifi): https://revolutionpi.com/revpi-connect
Is it possible to connect the screen, configure the device in "kiosk mode" and after boot open a specific webpage using Chrome browser?
And question #2, does this device have a normal desktop GUI?

Yes, it is possible to boot the device into the graphical user interface, but you have to activate this beforehand because it is switched off by default, you can see how to do this here under Boot to Desktop:
