System RS485 application initialization failed

Hello,
In the process of applying RevPi Connect module, I encountered a very strange problem: RevPi Connect module is connected to an RS485 device, and a MODBUS RTU master is configured on PiCtory to read and control the RS485 device. Theoretically, when the RevPi Connect module is powered on, it will automatically establish communication with the RS485 device. But in practice, when I apply it, it fails to communicate with the RS485 device, and I need to manually Reset Driver on PiCtory to communicate successfully.
To verify the problem, I re-wrote the new system for the RevPi Connect module, but unfortunately, the problem still exists. I have another RevPi Connect module for which I wrote the same system, and it also has the problem. After I finished the Pictory configuration, I re-powered off and on and checked the pictory and found that my configuration was not saved.
I think this is a bug in the software system,do you have any solution?
