DIO mit induktiven Lasten

Hi,
wie sieht es denn eigentlich aus mit der Ansteuerung von induktiven Lasten (z.B. Lastrelais)? Geht das ohne Weiteres oder braucht es Freilaufdioden für die Spulen?

Hi Markus, ja Du brauchst Freilaufdioden gegebenenfalls. Hier ist eine ähnliche Diskussion

Ich hab jetzt gerade nochmal ins Datenblatt (
https://datasheets.maximintegrated.com/ ... 14900E.pdf ) geschaut vom Treiberchip MAX14900E und da steht:

Driving Inductive Loads
In high-side mode, when the high-side switch turns off, an inductive load will cause the
O_ voltage to swing negative in order to continue sourcing the load’s inductive current
while the inductor field collapses. The internal diodes sup-
port turn-off of inductive loads of up to 1.5H and currents of up to 1.9A.
Mir ist eingefallen, daß wir in einer Applikation Magnetventile direkt mit dem Modul schalten, und das funktioniert problemlos.
Was stimmt denn nun?
