Which error is 255? The "Modbus_Action_Status" or the global "Modbus_Client_Status"?

Im on Pictory 2.17.2 and thereisno such option. The Modbus_Action_Status_1 and Modbus_Action_Status_2 are 255.

Hi!

You need PiCtory version 2.17.3, which you can easily get via our updates https://revolutionpi.com/en/docs/updates. If the version is installed, unfortunately you have to recreate the PiCtory configuration.

Then everything will work as usual again.

Hi,

i have installed pictory version 2.17.4 and recreated the configuration from scratch.

The error still remains: Modbus_Action_Status_1 and Modbus_Action_Status_2 remain 255, when looking at ModBus RTU Client through RevPi Commander live view.

Have you updated the whole system once, including the Modbus driver "revpi-modbus-client" in version 2.0.1-1+deb13+1?

The behavior is very unusual that both values of the action status inputs are at 255. As if no registers were configured. It would help us a lot if you could send an SOS report to our support so that we can examine the PiCtory configuration with us.
