Schematic of the CM4+ used in the Connect S/SE

Post by RR4711 »

Hi,
Is there a way to get the schematic of your "special" CM4+ Module or is this confidential? I right now have some issues with our custom hardware using the INT pin (for 1Wire) on the CON brigde on my Connect S.
As written here , the baseboard is identical to the Connect+ (I have the schematic somewhere) but maybe the CM4+ module is different regarding some GPIO pins.

It would help me a lot.

Hello RR 4711,
As you already know, the hardware of CM4+ Module is identical to PR100274 RevPi Connect, but the Raspberry Compute Module 4S with 8GB eMMC Flash (HW0207) and heat sink is mounted.
The Compute Module 4S (CM4S) in the RevPi Connect S and SE features the Broadcom processor BCM2711B0 with 1.5 GHz and 1 GByte RAM as well as an 8, 16 or 32 GByte eMMC flash memory. The Circuit diagrams of the RevPi connect is to find on the download page.

Best Regards

Thanks for the info, but that I already knew... I need the mapping of the Broadcom CPU to the DIMM Slot (IOW: the schematic).

The datasheets of the compute module can be downloaded on the Raspberry Pi website. The datasheet for the CM4S is this one: https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/cm4s ... asheet.pdf

(the GPIO mapping is similar, besides SPI2?)

Thanks, I didn't know it was released to the public. From whats written on your homepage it sounded like its a special version just made for Kunbus.

The CM4S is a module which is only available for (by RPi) selected OEMs in order to overcome the CM3 shortage (/absence).
