Re: To read the values in particular format using RevPi as Modbus RTU.
Hi Anil,
ihmo it's not possible to change the datatype with piTest, but RevPiModIO could be used to archive this. Have a look into the replace_io function which allows you to specify the datatype of your variable.

Re: USB Multifunction I/O Device

Re: USB Multifunction I/O Device
Was meinst du mit "richtigen" Daten?

Re: how can I get the tool of revpi-factory-reset and use it?
To initiate the factory reset run the following command on your Revpi: /usr/sbin/revpi-factory-reset TYPE SERIAL MAC You have to replace TYPE by the type of your Revpi (usually core or connect), SERIAL with the serial number printed on the frontplate and MAC which is also printed on the frontplate. ...

Re: how to use picontrol?
The piTest program makes use of the piControl device and is therefore a good reference. Do you have a specific example where you got stuck with ?

Re: How to easily install python 3.74 in revpi connect
As there aren't raspbian stretch packages for python 3.7, you'll have to install it manually. Check out this tutorial: https://gist.github.com/SeppPenner/6a5a ... 524417761d
