Re: RevPi Core3 - Power LED toggles between GREEN and RED

Hello Dirk, I was more curious what that behavior (Power LED going Red-Off-Green) really means, since it only happens on the Buster images (I've tested with all Buster IMG available on Kunbus website). I've checked also all logs available on /var/log/ but none of them have an output which could expl...

Re: RevPi Core3 - Power LED toggles between GREEN and RED

Hi,

another note after more tests. This behavior does not occurs with the new Core S + DIO with custom firmware.
On the Core S, the PWR LED remains always GREEN, as expected.

Re: RevPi Core3 - Power LED toggles between GREEN and RED

Hi,

I found another DIO for testing, and seems that this behavior is regarding a modified firmware on DIO.
Is there a way to disable any kind of firmware verification of the modules?

RevPi Core3 - Power LED toggles between GREEN and RED

Hi, I've installed the new Buster Lite IMG provided by Kunbus on a RevPi Core 3, in order to create an up-to-date image version of my system. I'm using RevPiMODio2 to operate the DIO Module which is connected to the Core3.I noticed that with this new OS version, the Power LED on the Core3 goes quite...

Re: RevPi Core3 - OS hanging randomly

Hi Nicolai, I've benn running another test meanwhile, and again the system became unaccesible via LAN. (Also the Power LED on RevPi Core3 was ON RED). I did a reset on the device, by removing the power supply and re-attach it, in order to access the system again and get the new log files. Below you ...

RevPi Core3 - OS hanging randomly

Hi, we received a RevPi Core3 + DIO back from a costumer, which claims that the system randomly hangs. After doing some in-house tests, we got the error once. Our test consists in a TCP server running on the Core3, which controls the DIO module via TCP messages, and another device that only keeps th...

Current DIO Firmware source code

Hi, we are currently facing some problems with the piControl process (too many communication errors), and seems that it could be related to the use of newer Core3 images with old DIO firmware. To develop our product, we used the IODeviceExample (https://github.com/RevolutionPi/IODeviceExample) as ba...
