Re: Node-Red function node not working properly

Same problem here! I try to add these "new" node to my actual configuration without success. When I install the package, I can not start node-red as susual. I'have to re-install node-red following the instructions for RasPi. Doing a "dummy" installation is not acceptable for me. ...

Re: Cloning revpi configuration

dirk wrote: 23 Jan 2020, 14:08 Hi Kaven Wong, you can copy the PiCtory configuration. Have a look here: https://revolution.kunbus.de/forum/view ... 3952#p3952
Nice to Know Dirk!

This method will clone all the virtual configurations (like Modbus, etc?)

Thanks!

Re: RevPi Core 3 *.img to RevPi Connect+

Hi David_GT, short answer: Yes, you can switch from i.e. Core 3 to Connect. The easiest way is to delete the file "/home/pi/.revpi-factory-reset" before you write the image. Then you are promptet on first login to provide Serial, MAC and which device. After a reboot you are ready to run. ...

Re: RevPi Core 3 *.img to RevPi Connect+

Test done; It seems that all is working fine (my node-red program runs fine). I can expand the memory from the 4GB of the img that I had from a Core3 to the 16GB of the Connect+ with the raspi-config function. But I have some problems with piTest -d and Pictory. My initial configuration was a Core 3...

RevPi Core 3 *.img to RevPi Connect+

Dear colleagues;

There is any functional problem to flash a RevPi Connect+ with the image file from a RevPi Core 3?

I have a project running fine with the Core 3 and I would like to test it with the Connect+ due the expanded functions (RS485 port and the ETH port B).

Thanks in advance!

Re: Modbus TCP/IP

I seems you are working with a PNOZmulti from Pilz. I do the same several weeks ago. Here you have some information related to that communication: In PiCtory you need to define the slave properties (PNOZmulti): slave_IP_adress slave_TCP_port In PNOZmulti the port is fix to 502 Now you need to define...
