▷ Log in to the RevPi via a terminal.

▷ Create the SOS report with:

sudo revpi-sos

▷ Confirm twice with y (Yes).

❯ The SOS report is created as a .tar file in the /var/tmp directory.

▷ Use an FTP client to transfer the generated data to your PC.

Note

If you have problems with your RevPi:

  1. Create an SOS report.

  2. Download the generated files to your PC.

  3. Compress the files into a ZIP archive.

  4. Send the archive, along with a brief description of the error, to support@kunbus.com.

By submitting the SOS report, you consent to the transmission of potentially sensitive system information, such as IP addresses, hostnames, and configuration data, to our support team.
