The SOS report collects system information that can help diagnose problems. This information is stored on the RevPi and can then be transferred to a PC.
▷ Log in to the RevPi via a terminal.
▷ Create the SOS report with:
sudo revpi-sos
▷ Confirm twice with y (Yes).
❯ The SOS report is created as a .tar file in the /var/tmp directory.
▷ Use an FTP client to transfer the generated data to your PC.

By submitting the SOS report, you consent to the transmission of potentially sensitive system information, such as IP addresses, hostnames, and configuration data, to our support team. |
